Pretty Healthy Mommin is a place to help and inspire moms to take care of our soul and body and to enjoy motherhood to the fullest. I provide tips and advice on how to love your new body, your skin you’re in and the most beautiful chaos ever calls motherhood.
I’m a single mom to my sweet little boy Mika and a lover of natural and DIY Beauty products, Fitness & Clean Eating. And I’m a passionate traveler at heart.
I take it a step at a time and try my best to enjoy the crazy journey calls motherhood to the fullest.
Feeling good in my own skin and being fit played always an important role in my life. I’ve tried several sports and diets in the hopes to get this much-desired feeling. Finally, I discovered strength training, clean eating and my love for DIY and natural beauty products and never looked back.
After becoming a mom I understood the importance of keeping up a healthy lifestyle. It helped me to accept my new body, to get back in shape faster, and to feel good in my skin. But also to be able to keep up with my toddler 😀
I started Pretty Healthy Mommin with the idea to inspire other moms and to remind them how important self-care is. And to let you know that we are all together in this crazy journey calls MOTHERHOOD.
I wanted to share and offer tips and advice on how to accept and love your new body and your skin you’re in. And to show and remind you that there is no such a thing as the perfect mom and that you should mommin it your way 🙂
Life is a mess and especially as a mom let’s do the best out of our beautiful chaos and take it a step at a time with a lot of HUMOR and COFFEE 😀
I will provide you with DIY beauty hacks and natural beauty products and also on how to get started with DIY beauty. How to start a fitness journey and how to implement it in your busy mom life. Fitness always goes hand in hand with clean eating. I will provide you with healthy and easy to make recipes. Also how to meal plan so you can stick to your fitness goals and have more time for your little ones.
As a mommy, I will provide some tips, tricks, and advice, and hacks about mom life and also about mom fashion. Cause looking good while rocking Motherhood is much more fun 😀
I know that it’s possible to be the best version of yourself, love yourself and take care of yourself. Self-care is the greatest gift you can give your kids.
